The T78 BaseBand chipset is developed based on SMPS’s T77A chipset, which will support GPS, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, WCDMA/HSDPA/HSUPA, and TD-SCDMA.
 It will support:
14.4Mbps HSDPA,
5.76Mbps HSUPA, 
384kbps downlink and uplink of TD-SCDMA
